Haiku Guide to the Inside Passage is a melding of dramatic photographs and traditional poetry that captures a couple's three-month cruise from the Puget Sound, through the Canadian and Alaskan wilderness and waterways to Glacier Bay, Skagway and Sitka. On their trawler, Haiku, they  visited small villages and well-known cities, but much of their time was spent well off the usual cruising routes. They encountered native wildlife such as humpback whales, orcas, brown and black bears, all are part of this book. Haiku Guide to the Inside Passage makes a perfect accompaniment to anyone who enjoys haiku or is cruising this spectacular part of the world.
